AFA HUB VC’s Coordinated Career Pathway (CCP) Program is a structured, person-centered approach designed to help individuals explore careers, build job-ready skills, and move toward meaningful, competitive integrated employment. The program supports participants at every stage of their career journey whether they are discovering their interests, developing workplace skills, or preparing for employment or self-employment opportunities.
